By using Telos Triumph you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Telos Triumph is provided by Telos Tech Co. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service

Telos Triumph provides automated pull request reviews and related GitHub integrations. Availability depends on GitHub, Stripe, and other third-party services we do not control.

You are responsible for configuring branch protection, repository access, and billing on your GitHub and Stripe accounts.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use Telos Triumph to violate applicable law or third-party terms (including GitHub's terms).

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.

Reviews are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a substitute for human security review, legal advice, or compliance certification.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. See your order form or enterprise agreement for any additional warranties or SLAs.
